What is included in a package?
Each package varies slightly depending on your selection, but generally you’ll receive:
• A curated set of garden games and accessories
• A decorative crate, framed QR code game rules, and a decorative plant for a stylish finishing touch.
We also include delivery, full setup, and collection within a 30-mile radius of Temple Ewell, Dover. For locations beyond that, a small travel fee will apply. Everything is arranged at a time that suits you, so you can focus on enjoying the day while we handle the rest.
How do I place an order?
Booking is easy! Just fill out our contact form, which you’ll find under “Book Now” on the Packages page or via the Contact Us page on our website.
Let us know:
• Which package or games you’re interested in
• The date and location of your event
We’ll get back to you via email to confirm availability, tailor a quote to your needs, and finalise the details. A deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event.
Do you offer delivery and collection?
Yes - delivery and collection are included in the price of all our garden games packages. If your event is located more than 30 - miles from Temple Ewell, Dover, a small travel fee may apply. We’ll always confirm this with you before booking, so there are no surprises.
How far in advanced should I book?
We recommend booking at least three months in advance, especially if you're working with a venue. This gives us plenty of time to coordinate with your location, confirm availability, and ensure everything runs smoothly for your event. The earlier you book, the better we can tailor the experience to your needs.
What happens if the hire items get damaged?
We take great care to ensure all items arrive in excellent condition and are fully accounted for during setup and collection. If any items are damaged or missing during your hire period, we’ll assess the situation fairly and transparently.
Your initial £100 deposit also serves as a damages deposit. £50 of this is allocated for damages and will be fully returned after collection, provided no repair or replacement costs are required. Full details are outlined in our terms and conditions at the time of booking.
